Can you please guide how did you submit all the documents?

Our is cousin marriage and it's illegal in Texas so we have to move to another state and proof the domicile there. I am currently high risk pregnant and can travel alone. My Husband got 221g. I was wondering how do I submit documents from Karachi Pakistan? Or do we upload documents online and wait for the embassy to ask for my husband's Passport? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
