Is asking for sleeping pills at a hospital when seeking medical treatment for a fracture an offense on a tourist visa? Will it be reported to the cbp or immigration authorities by the hospital?

I had another query as to if it makes any sense i hope. On the passport renewal, my wife received an adverse or incomplete report during police verification in india. A police verification is required to submit the passport holder's civil documents at a police station at the address mentioned in the passport. It was later cleared after submission of electricity bill and passport renewed successfully. will this cause any issue for future b2 visa application? I mean do these passport renewal issues showup during visa applications? We did travel last yr to boston the immigration didnt question her on this

Hi I have a small unusual query.this incident happened a few years ago when my b2 visa was approved. After my interview was over i got a call saying our family didnt have last names in their passports and it was mandatory. I got a bit frustrated on the lady n asked her why dint they inform me when i was at the embassy and they didnt have any problems during the interview. She said she was saying this for my own good. I had to collect the passports and get them issued with a last name n my visa was printed later.was i flagged by her for later applications of b2 visa or will i be denied when i go in for a b2 visa again? I hv traveled twice to the country. Just a few questions on my second visit at immigration. No secondary verification.
