I don't know if anyone here would have the answers I'm looking for, but here's the situation:
We filed our 129F in May of 2024, using a third party services that simplifies the whole operation. (I will not name them, you can probably narrow it down)
As expected, we provided all of the information + supporting evidence needed. And closer to our filing time, went through and validated our 129F packet and made sure everything was fine (it was).
After this, a rep from the company said that they had tweaked some dates on the application, and asked us to look though it again. We briefly looked at it and everything seemed fine.
Fast forward to Dec 2024, and I reached out the the service to to get a full copy of our 129F (I did not download a copy in May), as I was getting ready to fill out the DS160 and wanted everything to match up perfectly, I noticed that a lot of dates are 1 year off from our initial data that we entered, and the dates didn't match up with the evidence we submitted.
The 129F states we have lived together (same address) since April 2022 (instead of April 2023) - This conflicts with the scanned K1 declaration of the petitioner (and the laws of time and space, as we did not meet in person until Nov 2022)
The description text on the entry stamps scans (3 total) have the dates: Nov, Dec 2022 (first 2 visits) - and final entry (to move in together) In April 2022 (even though the stamp clearly says 2023 on it)
Once of the photos of us together is somehow dated 2021? Although the first time we met in person was in Nov 2022.
Clearly - this is very much my fault for not noticing all these mistakes in May (I can't even confirm if those mistakes were there, as I never downloaded a copy of the full 129F packet back then, but I'm going to assume we failed to notice them)
Now here's the thing
This passed through USCIS just fine, NVC just fine - and is now on its way to the embassy
What do I even do at this point? I presume it's far too late to change anything. We've been planning our move back to the US for a year now and this whole situation is really demoralizing.
