    I did, but i got the email "After careful review, we were unable to generate a new Online Access Code associated with the Receipt Number you have provided. Please ensure you have provided the correct Receipt Number and/or email associated with your case and that the old Online Access Code is not already in use." I believe I input the correct receipt number which starts with IOE (as application/pettioner/request number in the biometric notice).

    How did you request an online access code? I don't see any code on the fingerprint notice.

    UPDATE: Received Biometric notice yesterday 9/23/24 (original applicaton with 912 fee waiver accepted by USCIS on 8/12/24)

    It seems it is happening to everyone. I just have to expect a slow turnaround at this time and wait patiently. Does anyone know if the online applicant who filed after me can get his 400 processed before me because my 912 takes time to be processed first? Just curious.

    How do you define "afford"? If it means I have to eat instant noodles for several months, then yes, I can "afford" it. Who can not?! One can always "afford" by cutting dinner for 6 months, or by borrowing from family or friends, or by selling his only car and starting to walk.

    USCIS received my application on 8/12/24 according to USPS tracking. A cover letter was included along with 912 and 400 forms. It's been 5 weeks and I heard nothing. Not even a receipt letter. Anyone is going through the same delay? Is the delay because of the 912? How long does it take to get the receipt for (912+400)? I kinda regret filing 912 because otherwise, I would have filed online with an instant receipt and the 400 could have been processed earlier.

    I have to apply via paper because I need to waive the fee by enclosing form i912.

    Eligible for N400 on 8/20/24. Can I sign and date the form as 8/20/24, but mail it on 8/18/24 so USCIS will receive it as early as 8/20/24 (it is impossible for USCIS to receive it before 8/20/24)
