  1. Hi! My fiance in the states just recieved a letter saying that our i129f petition has been approved! We're super stoked and have of course read the steps on what to do next probably a million times. I THINK I understand it all, but with all the nerves and excitement I was wondering if someone who's been through the whole proccess, or are further than we are, could tell us step by step what we need to next? I understand that our case has now been sent to the NVC, and the process there will take around 2-4 weeks. After that if I understand correctly, I will recieve a letter from the U.S Embassy in Sweden with information about what to do next. Is there anything I can do to prepare for the medical exam and the interview? And what exactly do I need to bring to both of them? It would also be nice to know a little bit more about the i134 form. Do we prepare that now? Do I need to bring it to the interview? Etc. I would really really appreciate if someone could help clear these things out, either in the comments under this post or in DMs, to calm our nerves just a little bit! It would be nice if it's someone from Sweden, but any answers are of course super welcome! Thank you so much in advance!
  2. Thank you to everyone for all your replies, we really appreciate it and it definitely helps a lot! Luckily we've been HOARDING every little thing from all my 7 trips over to the US so I feel like we will have no issues with our case. Fingers crossed! ❤️
  3. that actually sounds a lot easier, thank you! the guide says you only need to prove you've met in the last two years, but we were thinking we'd also add a few from previous visits too, such as the first time i went to see him in 2019, spending christmas together 3 years back, engagement photos, etc. does that sound excessive, or is that a smart move?
  4. Hello! Me and my fiance are getting ready to assemble our i-129f package. I think we have everything we need but I just have some questions about submitting photos as proof of our relationship. We have printed a few photos at Walgreens that we'd like to submit and from what I've found upon googling it seems like writing our names and dates on the back of each photo is what you're supposed to do. Should we also add a short description (for example, visiting his mom, engagement photoshoot, on a trip to xyz, etc)? Also, when putting them in the package, do we just put them all in a ziplock bag and attach it to a blank piece of paper with a paper clip? Thanks in advance!
