I was able to talk to live agent and actually it wasn't helpful. They said you have to wait 😔 . Only I know that my case is in Texas visa center now 

Pretty similar to what I got but fingers crossed it might mean that you case has been looked at. I hope you get good news soon.

It took me ages but I asked which location my application was with. They confirmed Texas. Then asked how long and they said 14.4 months. Also asked if they had everything to make a decision and they said yes. But less than 2 hours later I received the RFE request. Good luck as I know how frustrating this wait is.

It’s can take a while, took me 4 attempts. I hope this helps you to get approved.

Have you gone on line and spoken to Emma. I did that at they then sent me a request for further information (RFE). I sent it and then got approved a couple of days later. My PD was 18 Jul. I’m not sure that it helped but would be worth a try. Good luck and congratulations.

So anyway no need to check website as I should get an email! 

 

My PD was 18 Jul and I had contacted USCIS months ago and they said they had all they needed to make a decision. A few days ago I contacted Emma on line and again got told they had everything but then received an RFE. I’ve sent what they asked for again and now I’m waiting for a decision again. At least it means they are looking at my account. I hope u hear soon.

Not yet but only replied to the RFE today. Yes let’s hope urs comes quickly and mint isn’t far behind. 

Got our RFE and they wanted my decree absolute from my previous marriage. Sent this morning and the wait begins. Fingers crossed this is the final hurdle. We checked months ago and was told they had all they needed to make a decision but obviously not. As I keep telling myself it will all be worth the wait.

We are still waiting to find out as not received an email to see what they need from us. How did u receive your RFE? My husband has checked his email and still nothing.

Finally got to electronically speak to Emma and now this has come up on my USCIS. She told me I’m with the Texas office and they are taking 15.5 months now. Oh well the wait continues. Might have a nice surprise on my birthday next week lol 😂

Started in Texas then transferred to Nebraska service center.
I have contacted my congresswoman 10 days ago. She wrote to USCIS. Not sure if this actually helpd as the last 10 days of july 2023 are being processed these days anyways.

Mine was saying 4 months still and was hoping to hear soon as PD 18 Jul 23. Was hoping I couldn’t log in a it was being approved but seems everyone is having the same issue. Glad I have this group to keep

My PD Jul 18, 23. Today changed to 23 month for a decision. Hope that is not the case. 23 days would be nice. 

My i130 received 18 July 23 and been actively reviewed since 8 Aug 23. Went from 10 months to 9 months, then 1 week for a decision on 24 Sep 23, then a week later “your case is taking longer than expected to process”. Now saying 11 months. Keeping everything crossed it will come through soon. Wish everyone else good luck also.
