I've been uploading all W2 forms available that my sponsor has provided (3 total) and it has been rejected several times. It keeps giving the same generic response of " please add ALL W2 files". I have my sponsor's main tax/1040 file and have been cutting out pages and uploading them accordingly (schedules, 1099, W2).
Everything gets accepted except the W2 files. I have no clue why. I have been uploading them ALL.
Does anyone have experience with this or might know why this keeps happening? I don't understand why nor can I find an explanation anywhere. Thanks in advance!
