My husbands police clearance was done February 2023 and we just received email to submit passport but not police clearance. I think it is 2 years as some else didn't receive it either as they were short of 6 months too from the last clearance.

hi folks, we also received this joyful email to submit our passport and medical. Our case showed re-opened on August 4th there was update on Aug 7th and email today. our interview was on August 1st 2023.

you know what is funny I came to know a case where someone didn't update his Ds-260 and they asked him to come for second interview and gave him another 221 g saying that he did not updated his form online.....is it crazy!!

but what if sometime a person doesn't login and come to know about it..... they should send email to update this form!

Home page. what does it say on your husband's site?

This is what it says on the home page: "One or more Immigrant Visa (IV) Application(s) (form DS-260) on your case have been reopened because updates are required. Please update the DS-260(s) as directed and re-submit the form(s). If you have any questions, please contact your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate General. Information for U.S. Embassies and Consulates can be found at https://www.usembassy.gov/." So, we haven't received any mail for directions yet, at the same time I noticed that my Civil document tab is disabled, and they have added one more Choice of Address and Agent tab on the right which is disabled as well. Has anyone noticed these kinds of changes before receiving a request to submit their passport or medical documents?

I just happened to check CEAC and saw that my Ds-260 is re-opened, they have asked to update it as instructed BUT we never got any instruction email, and neither case is updated! hopefully, they should send something in a couple of weeks
