What about F4 visa? If the beneficiary's kid is married and divorced are they still eligible?.. Because it states that only unmarried kids

2010 but they are processing application from 2008 right now according to visa bulletin

My uncle (us citizen) had petitioned for my Mom and according to the rules I've read it says that the beneficiary can take along their spouse and unmarried kids. I've been married and divorced so am I still eligible? The legal documents that were changed were only my NIC card and not my passport. Also what should I do moving forward to be able to tag along my mom? Any advice
