    Hi! I started the DS160 application and when I saved the session has logged me out and now I cannot retrieve my application because both Surname and Birth don't match (but I am sure I was not wrong and I did not insert different details, I know very well my surname and the year of my birth). I have tried with several browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera) but the problem still remains. Please, can anyone help me? Thanks!
