Meanwhile, I included my daughter on my spouse's application; however, my daughter's name is not listed for immigrant visa processing on the NVC website. I would like to understand the reason for this omission. Additionally, I need clarification on whether I am required to file a separate I-130 petition for my daughter. If so, I would like to know the typical processing time for such an application, given that my spouse's case has already been approved. Furthermore, if a separate I-130 is necessary for my daughter, I would like to inquire about the possibility of expediting her application so that her visa can be processed concurrently with my spouse's.
