  1. Timeline it took about 3 weeks for Consulate to email receipt after NVC letter. The letter gave instructions to access site to create appointment and pay. As of October 8 2024 the earliest interview was January 14 and then two weeks later January 28. The ASC appointments had openings just before the interview dates. working on the Medical appointment now
  2. The NVC letter as yours saying the case is going to the consulate only came to myself the petitioner and the attorney.
  3. K1 visa is a valid government issue document, no need to worry
  4. USCIS reviews many files , on average it’s taking them about 85 days for approval
  5. If you have the physical K1 visa , thats all you need, except to carry the sealed medical package
  6. Was NOA2 approved Aug 3 2024, was finally sent an update on USCIS on Sept 3 2024. NVC still does not have it per an inquiry email.
  7. Wow ! This is really helpful! Im waiting for NVC to get my approved NOA2. It took USCIS 30 days to actually ship and update their status with a sent day. ( unfortunately not the day on the NOA2 letter)
  8. Congratulations! It seems after reading many threads the Passport Visa should be ready within a week!
  9. To be clear the USCIS is the first stage of the process, and “average” application approval seems consistent with the estimate of 3 months. PLEASE note that it then has to go to NVC for case creation and interview set up which can take at least 3 months more more likely more.
  10. There may be more information in the “Regional “ forum for the Manila Embassy. Also you may correct the “ consulate “ in your timeline to Manila and then look at similar timelines. Hope this helps.
  11. The forum “Guide “ has the process step informations As well as the USCIS website , if you create you timeline you can also see similar timeline from others in your specific country, the USCIS is taking an average of 3 months to process the application, if no Request for Information then it is forwarded to the National Visa Center for creating the case number (upon issue of case number then form160 can be filled out) and setting up the consulate for the interview. Hoping this helps.
