    Hello everyone, I understand that wait times can vary for each case. I submitted my application in August this year and have been checking the Case Status on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website, but there hasn’t been any update. My question is, does the Receipt Number from the initial Notice of Action (NOA) remain the same throughout the entire process and update accordingly?

    Hello, can anyone help? I am in the process of filling out the I-129F form and I’ve come across an issue. On the form it asks “If your beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Item Numbers 38.a. - 38.h.” Which I’d assume would be left blank since my finance is back in Ireland. However, in the instructions is states “If your beneficiary used a passport or travel document to travel to the United States, enter the passport or travel document information in the appropriate space on the petition, even if the passport or travel document is currently expired.” So my question is do I enter the info in items 38.a. - 38.h. even though my fiancé is not currently in the US?
