    Hey guys, so I got a RFE for affidavit of support. We couldn't get anyone to co sponsor so we decided to use my husband's property but we still got an RFE. We saw that a property could be used so I'm confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Just need some advice. So my spouse and I only been for 3 months and only have 1 month's bank statement with both names. Should I still include the statement for my AOS?

    We do have a joint bank account. But since I have no ssn there is little that I can be added to here in Georgia because they won't add you to things like insurance, utility bills and more. My spouse had his house before we met so there is no lease to add me onto.

    Okay. But how can I get the statement with both names? It's kinda of confusing when I log onto the app to check the statement. I want to know how I can get a print out with both names if possible

    A marriage license and a marriage certificate is two completely different things. So this would not work. Speak with a lawyer. But but I have never heard of this before.

    I have not received any covid-19 vaccine previously. However everywhere o go there is the updated vaccine that they said they only give one dose of it...which means that I will not get 2 doses

    Thank I was basically asking what is the fees for my stepchild who is under 14 yeas of age for form I485? Also what are the forms I need to file for my stepchild...and...what are the forms I need to file for my spouse for adjustment of status?

    The reason why I ask it's because as of Aptil 1st 2024 it says that filing fees for children under 14 years of age is $950...but once you file form I485 ut is $1440. I don't understand the fees.

    Hello guys!! I am confused as to what forms I need to file for my spouse and step child. What are all the forms in need for my spouse and for my stepchild? Also how can I file all these firms together so that I only pay $950 for my stepchild paper work.
