    Alright I will play it safe and wont unstaple it. Ill just photocopy the apostille stamp page and the front and back of the marriage certificate attached to it. Thank you!

    Sorry I couldnt find any answers relating to my question so hopefully im doing this right by asking in this great forum! My wife and I got married via Utah Virtual Marriage. I have a copy of the Apostille Marriage Certificate from the State of Utah. Regarding the photocopies of the original apostille stamp marriage certificate thats require by the Philippine Consulate in San Francisco. How would you photocopy the apostille marriage certificate if it is stapled together? Sorry if its a dumb question. Not sure if i should unstaple it or not. Thank you!
