Does the consular keep petitioner i134 and income after review it at the interview? Or does it give back to the beneficiary after review it?

The embassy would have the stamped copy.

For my fiance in Germany, the embassy sent a copy of our i-129f to him with his packet 3 instructions

Thanks. That’s what I thought too. But why this post, this guy said her fiancé need i129f stamp approved for interview. That’s weird. I thought USCiS approved the petition then sent to NVC and then us embassy for interview. USCIS don’t send back i129f stamp to the petitioner, only I-797

I found this odd. Why his fiancé got interview without stamped approved from USCIS ? And do we need to bring stamped i129f to the interview? USCIS doesn’t send you back i129f?

That’s so weird how did your fiancé got interview? If USCIS didn’t approved. USCIS send it NVC if approved and then send to U.S. Embassy for interview

The petitioner's Form I-129F (including all criminal background information submitted by the petitioner and any related criminal conviction information that USCIS discovers during the course of conducting its routine background check) must be provided to the Department of State. The Department of State will disclose this information to the beneficiary during the consular interview.
 

The question is when USCIS provided documents to DOS does the documents arrest/conviction are included with the petitioner name, and birth of date, so the fiancé will actually know that it’s him at the consular interview?
