    He already has one but it is going to expire in Feburary 2025. Should he start working on getting another one? Can it be a PDF version or does it need to be a hard copy from Yemen? What documents? He is on a student visa.

    What if my case is still within the processing time? Will they still help me?

    My husband is a Yemeni citizen living in Malaysia for over two years. We submitted the I-130 application on 9/2023 and we are still waiting for a response. I have called them multiple times throughout the months and they tell me the same thing, " Your case is still within the processing times" which is 14 months. We do not fit under any of the expedite criteria's that they always mention. I let them know that I am pregnant and if I could expedite our case because of that. The information specialists on the USCIS are no help and I want to make sure that I use all of my options that are given to me.
