    Sorry to hear that..Yes I have got a response for my RFE from USCIS on August 22. It took them about 16 days to respond after we sent back our response to the RFE..it seems that in September USCIC is moving slower with the files.

    If it helps with time estimation: we received the RFE from USCIS on August 3, 2024 and responded within 3 days . On August 22, 2024, we received notification form USCIS that they received our response. It took approximately 16 days.

    Yes it does.On the USCIC website it says the date it was sent to DOS. In our case is 9 oct 2024. Case Status Online Case Was Sent To The Department of State On October 9, 2024, we sent your case, Receipt Number ...to the Department of State for visa processing. You can find general information on Consular Processing by visiting our website at www.uscis.gov . The website will provide information on what to do next, who to contact, and how to inform us of any changes in your situation or address.

    sorry, my mistake... NOA2 approval : 28 august 2024, Sent to State : 9 oct 2024. NVC in the response to the inquiry , said it can take up to 6 weeks for them to receive from USCIS.

    Yes, I don't understand why USISC is moving so slowly...our file was approved on August 23 and sent on October 9 to DOS. Yesterday NVC responded to our public inquiry and told us that the file has not yet reached them.😞
