  1. I am ok with a Ukrainian, etc. living in the USA....just not messing with American women Boiler (long story). As for AWA, I have completed treatment, have letters, references, etc. all necessary to send for a waiver. I am categorized as lowest level as well. I understand the difficulty.
  2. Hello all, can anyone recommend a matchmaker in Ukraine/Russia ? I have worked with one in the past but didn't have luck. I am trying to find someone legitimate with good reviews/testimonials. Thanks
  3. You mean "with" ? I guess I need to look at the U4U requirements/details closer. Especially what the background check consists of.... Thanks all.
  4. Thanks both of you for your help. LPR ? The end goal would be marriage. I guess what I need to understand or think about is, for the K1, AWA comes up immediately. A waiver and full explanation is needed to get approval. And I've heard K1 AWA cases take forever to even get "touched". If I do the U4U, then try for AOS, are they going to hold me to the exact same standards? Would they deny the AOS?
  5. Are there not any criminal background restrictions for the U4U? I would think the USA would still want to make sure the sponsor's history.....Sorry for million questions and thanks!
  6. Yes, I would be the sponsor. But my criminal background would affect either/both, wouldn't it?
  7. Thanks Boiler. I was just wondering though if, since my offense, the U4U would be easier/less strenuous or same as K1 waiver, etc.
  8. Hello all... Ok, so I do have an offense that falls under Adam Walsh act. I understand the hoops I will need to jump through (waiver, supporting docs, etc). My question: Is the U4U a better chance for me with this criminal history as compared with trying for a K1 ? Does U4U have same requirements?? I've heard that K1 can take years once they see the offense. My lady lives in Ukraine. I am in USA. Thank you,
  9. Ok, this may be a dumb question. My lady is in Germany. She fled Ukraine 2 years ago. She was a Ukrainian citizen. Can I still use the Uniting for Ukraine program and submit an I-134 for her?
  10. She fled from Ukraine to Germany. Originally born in Ukraine. All she has is a passport. Looking to have her come here for a 1 week vacation. Thanks
  11. If I follow all of the steps, should there be any issue having my lady friend come from Germany/Poland to the USA on a Tourist Visa? Do I include bank account/paystub info in the process? Thanks
