I used snipping tool and pasted them in word doc then turn them to pdf and it worked.

I am having problems uploading documents on CEAC for weeks now and I try different browsers, the size is correct and all but it says “ invalid detected image” its so frustrating, does anyone know how to fix this?

I have petitioned my parents to come to US , as I read through the link the they require background checks but MOI in Afghanistan sent their background check to Afghanistan consulate in Pakistan so my parents should go Pakistan to receive it. It’s very difficult for them to travel to Pakistan, is it a mandatory thing? Will NVC give RFE if we can’t send them background checks due to situational difficulties

I have petitioned my parents to come to US from Afghanistan and NVC is asking for sponsor information which is me so how much does a sponsor income need to be in order to be sufficient? Since my brother and his family is there too so do I need a co sponsor? Thanks

I submitted my parents and brother’s I-130 and petitioned them but I am asked for my birth certificate from Afghanistan as proof of relationship to parents and they didn’t accept my birth certificate that I got from embassy of Afghanistan in Canada so my parents were able to get me a karte tawalood( yellow card) and my question is does it have to have ministry of foreign affairs stamp on it? Or it doesn’t matter? Since they got it in my absence because I am in US , my family’s kart tawaloods don’t have foreign affairs stamp. I hear different things, I would appreciate any kind of information in this regards. Thanks
