    Got you. But isn’t the NVC responsible for reviewing documents and advising of missing required documents? If a police record says the person does not appear in the criminal database would there still be a need for court documents?

    Why would they need the court document when it’s optional? He got DQ’d without it so it shouldn’t be a missing document. That’s strange.
