    Hello everyone, I filed I-130 for my spouse in February 2024 as permanent resident. In April I got citizenship and upgraded my petition from F2A to IR1/CR1. Upgrade happened in November in 2024. My petition is still under review. Can anyone please tell what is the current processing time for IR1 / CR1 category and how much time will it take more for case decision ? Thanks in advance.

    Yes Milimelo, I send the copy of naturalization certificate with cover later 2 months ago. Is there anything else that can help updating the status ? Also what is the current status for K3 ? Timeline are similar to I-130?

    Hello Everyone, Can anyone tell me if I can apply for K3 visa for my spouse or not ? Below is my current stage of application I filed my I-130 petition for my spouse in February 2024 as LPR. I gained my citizenship in April 2024. Created two service request but my status in I130 petition is still not changed from LPR to citizen. Can I apply for k3 visa for my spouse while status change is still pending ? Thanks in advance.
