I could enter with my foreign passport and I would fedex my canadian passport next day, but there is still some risk there i agree just trying to consider all angles before I decide -
Hey y'all, I'm currently in the US and my passport has been requested by the consulate. Did my medical in Canada last week, they should be receiving it in the next couple of days. Should I mail my passport from the US to family in Montreal who can then mail it to the consulate? Or just wait until I'm in Canada again, likely around mid-September. Then how long would I have to wait to get it back? I just don't wanna be away from my family too much longer. Nearing the end of this... Just need some final bits of advice. For those concerned, you can enter Canada with just a birth certificate or other proof of Canadian citizenship, and I would have a foreign passport I can use anyways too.

It is but its a DHS form. like i said i have ne idea if it helped but no harm in trying i filled it out because i was preparing a wom ended up not having to file it thankfully feel free to DM me

Hey i dont know if this helps but i got interviewed same day as you and they req’d my passport and medical yesterday i dont know if this made a difference but about 2 weeks ago i filed a CIS Ombudsman Request for Case Assistance. Worth a try it takes 15 mins to fill out Was just req’d for passport and medical yesterday in case anyone wanted to know

Looks like a bunch of us are getting unsolicited updates. I was interviewed on September 27, 2023, was told everything looked fine, and placed into AP the next day. Received an update on Aug 1 and another on Aug 9. Hope this is it, I miss my daughter!!
