    That’s what I think but I am hearing from lot of people NO and the justification is that she did not come to apply specifically for US visa in canada.

    This for an applicant( a mother) who is an Indian citizen and currently staying in canada on super visa for past 7 months with her son( PR). She is applying for B2 tourist U.S. Visa for herself from canada. What would be the answer to this question ? Yea or No
