Hello everyone just wanted to update y’all. My husband got his interview date on Feb 3 and it took us only 1.5 week to get his IL from our embassy.

Okay thank you because I was beginning to get worried how people have got approved after me and received one. I was starting to get worried -
Is anyone still waiting for a welcome letter? Our case was sent to the dept of state 10/25/24 and we still have no welcome letter. Kind of nervous because I seen so many people get it the 2-4 days after.

I feel you I was so happy to get approved and than still not receiving a welcome letter is giving me so anxiety. It’s like a never ending process 😩

This may be a stupid question but does the file creation apply to everyone? Because does that mean we will have to wait another month for NVC to create our accounts?

Couple of questions: how long does it take for NVC to receive I-130 approval papers and how long is the process until they approve everything? how can I check my countries embassy wait time for I-130 visas?

Just seen a July 16 approval on lawfully! Don’t give up! -
I wouldn’t trust that because it’s just an estimate based on folks that have got approved in visa journey. Some people get approved faster some are still waiting. Mine has changed multiple times. I’m august 9th but the last approval I seen was August 4. Hoping this week we hear something 🙏
