I am still waiting for my husband. its been 97 since we paid the fee and 90 days since he has entered the United States. I filled the inquiry on USCIS told me to wait another month. keep us updated! I want to know how long its taking for folks

Hello everyone, after the CR1 visa is approved and your spouse came to America how long did it take for them to receive their green card. its been 88 days so far and we have received nothing other than "your payment has been received" I am thinking of contacting on day 91 but was wondering what has been the timeline for everyone.

Just wanted to update everyone on me and my husband timeline: PD: August 9, 2023 Approval: Oct 25, 2024 Interview: Feb 3, 2025 Visa was approved and they told him it takes 7-10 to receive passport back! embassy: Kosovo

Okay thank you because I was beginning to get worried how people have got approved after me and received one. I was starting to get worried -
Is anyone still waiting for a welcome letter? Our case was sent to the dept of state 10/25/24 and we still have no welcome letter. Kind of nervous because I seen so many people get it the 2-4 days after.

I wonder if the NVC goes by the date of notice or the date it says sent to dept of state

I feel you I was so happy to get approved and than still not receiving a welcome letter is giving me so anxiety. It’s like a never ending process 😩
