I hope Trump does not close the boarder. Just stop illegal immigration and focus resources on legal immigration, as it should be. I hope we can get in before.

Why is is it a battle to do it legally? Why is it easy to do it illegally? Why after paying 45 years of taxes am I paying while an illegal immigrant is not only free, they are paid?

Re: Spousal visa. USCIS finished after over 12 months (they said 8 so only 50% longer). Then it goes to NVC were they ask the same questions again. This took 3 weeks. After NVC it is supposed to be set up for medical exam and interview supposedly. I thought this took 2 weeks but it seems like they say 2-6 months. Then wait for another 1-3 months until they actually send the visa. So we are at 3-8 months to go. The fees have been $535 for USCIS, $360 +$180 at NVC. The interview and medical cost $450 and $400 in Manila. Then there is a fee I don't know how much for the visa. So over $2,000 and about $120,000 for living traveling.etc. In the same time Joe Biden has let in about 4 million illegal immigrants, charged them ZERO fees, not made them wait and given them money.
