If you look at the USCIS website it is 4 months to get an interview. Then they are let in. Look at N-400 appointment wait times. I have not check since my last post but it may have shortened as the rumor is interviewers have been pulled to the boarder from around the world to get everyone registered to vote. I wonder who they will vote for now? How will that impact the future of our country? I wonder how much in social services they will require?

I don't know this for fact but I would guess they flew people from around the world to the Mexican boarder. There was a utube post about it that was deleted. So just sit back and let the polticians manipulate us so they can win an election. I don't get how they ever loose. They have about 20 million illegals voting, they sign them up after they enter. They get all the Teachers, state, local employees and all of the welfare/social assistance votes. the USA's future is communism like Kruschev said.

Hi - We are May 7 2023 PD in the Philippines and still waiting for an interview date. Is there anyone else who is still waiting for an interview from May? It is for a spouse visa. Seems like everyone disappeared/approve.

Sorry. We started our spouse visa in May of 2023. It seems like we are on the slow end of the group from that vintage. We still don't even have an interview. Should have gone K!. I've been with my wife, back and forth but am going broke maintaining 2 houses. I have to go back permanemtly at the end of the month. Be happy

They asked me about this at the NVC level. I had sent them 4 of the 5 documents they said they accepted for proof of domicile. I think they didn't even bother to look. I sent them the 5th type of document with a note saying they got 4 from before, anyone of which work and now they have all 5. I think they are VERY busy and confuse cases as they go through them. I have owned my house for 20 years as well. I got 19 approval notices for my I-130 before I had submitted all the docs they requested at that level. I think there was a glitch in the matrix at that level. It an overwhelmed system. Don't worry, you can always count on them to....?

Well there are multiple accounts on Youtube and immigration officers at the boarder saying the interviews are happening. I'm sure it's all a conspiracy theory though.

I am sorry, I do not. I have had 2 people tell me. I think it is an n-400 form on USCIS or NVC. The time frame only comes up if you apply I believe.

Let's Just go with the facts. We have immigration laws that are being openly broken. It could be logically implied that the only reason for this is in hopes of getting votes for a party that can't win with out using the treasury to buy votes with welfare, illegal immigration, government employment, media bias etc. With all this one would think they would win every time. At the same time immigration for a citizen which is legal has been put behind ILLEGAL immigration. Again fact, They are making these people legal by making them citizens in 6 months. My neighbor is an immigration lawyer and despite being a liberal knows this is wrong. By the way we are adults and respect each others opinions. I don't label him a communist and he does not label me a MAGA extremist. We both believe in the law being there for many reasons. It will take my wife years to become a citizen and cost thousands or dollars as well. These people pay nothing and have a high likelihood of being on welfare, at least for the short term. I don't think it is wrong to be for our laws and against breaking them. People who are for breaking laws to achieve objectives should consider countries where there are no laws.

I just expressed it as I have seen. I am not familiar with anyone who thinks it is right to be put behind illegal immigrants who are becoming citizens after 4-6 months. The Let's go Brandon originated from a crowd at a sporting event yelling 4 letter word. Thee announcer smartly changed it to Let's go Brandon who was the man who won the sporting event. There are large swath of America who have their eyes opened to what is actually going on and not just what is on CNN or MSNBC, NY times, Washington Post Etc.

On another thread in this forum a guy said they have a 4.9 month wait and go straight to citizen. Then they are signed up to vote.

We are May7th, 2023. Still waiting on an interview and then the visa. We are 3-7 months away. It's a good thing the democrats are letting the illegal immigrants in to vote in 4-6 months. They have to hurry while we are put at the end of the line.

Filed I-130 May 7, 2023. Approval from Uscis June 3, 2024 (original 8 month estimate took 13 months). Finished with NVC questions/documentarily qualifed June 15,2024. Been waiting a month just to get an appointment date from Manila...... When USCIS said it would 8 months I thought that was what it would take. Now 14 months later with no interview in sight and then another month to get the visa after the interview it's looking like at least 16 months. Very disheartened. Also thought the $535 fee was it. NVC had 2 fees, one for $120 and another for $300+, then medical fee, interview fee and visa fee. Now it looks like just short of $2,000 just in fees. It makes me mad when they let people in illegally, they don't have to wait, charge them nothing and then give them money. Plus they pull resources and make legal immigrants wait longer. WTH?

This guy is right below Biden taking millions from Ukraine, China etc and then costing taxpayers billions by sending billions to Ukraine so they don't talk.
