Hello My friend apply for expedite Appointment time For B2 Visa because his Daughter was ill in the usa , but the embassy not accept the expedite , even there was not any option to attached her Doctor letter Some person recommended to send email directly to this email address : NVCExpedite@state.gov I want to know is this email NVCExpedite@state.gov can be used for B2 visa ? or is this email address only for Immigrant case ?
