Thank you! We did see the form as well as the form Im able to download the old form that expired in April but I now found the recent form and we will be filling out the new form now as well and correcting our previously missing proof of citizenship! I'm actually not too mad at this happening as its not a huge setback -

I am, but the form on the website is the same as the form we have send out, so now I'm confused as they said it's expired. -
My partner just got the reply from USCIS that they couldn't process our form due to it being outdated, upon checking the form linked as PDF on the website we compared them and they're exactly the same with the same expiration date and all. Does anyone know where to find the new one?? Thanks up ahead

Hello! My partner and I send out the I129-f document on Monday and even though I thought I put everything in I realized today that we completely forgot to add a copy of his proof of citizenship, we did write his SSN in the documents though. I'm slightly panicked as to what to do or if it's correctable, does anyone have any help or advice?? I appreciate anything.
