    Hi all Next year my partner (USA) and I (UK) intend on starting the K-1 visa process. I want to submit a religious waiver / i-601 waiver regarding vaccines (specifically COVID-19) but I am very confused. As I understand it, you will be denied access to the USA at your medical due to being "unvaccinated" - does this mean that the usual K-1 visa process does not go ahead and you have to wait for the i-601 to be processed in your own country? I'm so confused, this is a minefield and extremely confusing. Any help/experiences would be appreciated.
