but i still entered that she has a B2 visa right ? Because i had to answer the question "was the beneficiary ever in the uSA?" and she has multiple times . I had to say yes , and then it asked ofr the paassport number

No , she is back home . She was only here for a month . I want to file her papers this month ! Tho she is travelling to visit again in a fews to USA , then go home again , until she gets her petition approves then she can stay longer . THank u

Help pls! I am filling up online I-130 to petition my mom ( I am a US citizen); My mom has a valid 10 year multiple Tourist visa , she was here last year to visit and went home to Phil after amonth . What do i do about this I-94 form , where do i find it? She is also visiting again this year and will be going home to Phil again in a few weeks , does that matter ? Thank you !
