    Hi! Is it ok if my fiancé wrote using a gel pen at the back of my 2x2 photo? He wrote lightly but because of the type of photo paper on the picture, he used a black gel pen instead. But it didn't smudge or cause any distortion on the picture.

    Thank you 😊 and congrats! That's what I did, I mailed the copy with my wet signature. It isn't bad since I'm Pinoy but currently residing in Canada so my fiancé will receive it faster in the US.

    Hi everyone! i just want to ask what you did for the beneficiary's letter of intent to marry? is it possible to do any of these? 1. The beneficiary will print and sign the form with black ink, then scan and send the copy to petitioner's email 2. Can she scan her wet signature and insert it on a word document/pdf so that the petitioner will just print it out 3. Mail and send her signed letter of intent to petitioner in the US? thank you in advance

    Hi everyone! anyone here who has a Filipina Beneficiary and were you required a CENOMAR? Mine was issued June 2023 and they said it has a validity of 6 months, mine doesn't have any expiry stated on the paper but only the date I requested for the document. i really dont know if i should include it for the I-129F petition (I know i can still request for a new one but it might take some time)

    Thank you so much everyone 😊 Yes I have only showed proof of us meeting together with the date and brief explanation of the pictures on each pages. I'll submit engagement receipt, his flight itinerary, boarding pass and airbnb and hotel receipt when he went here.

    Hi! Yes we did meet and we have photos of us together but not with family since they are in the Philippines. But is it ok to put an announcement screenshot after the engagement slide or i should be fine? I already have receipt of booking airbnb and hotel, as well as engagement ring receipt

    Hi everyone! me and my fiancé have been together for long but we were in long distance relationship and due to covid delays we met in Canada and he visited from the US. He didn't see my family in person but they know each other very well. is it ok if I put in the proof of relationship/in person meeting the screenshots of our engagement announcement to our family via videocall? Thanks! i plan to put the screenshots after the page where i put our official engagement photos.

    Hi guys! My fiancé, the petitioner has Jr in his birth certificate but his passport and drivers license omit his suffix, what do we have to do or put in the I-129F form? Do we use the JR next to his last name and go with what's written on his birthday certificate? appreciate all of your answers. thank you 😊
