  1. Hi guys! Im not aware if this question has been answered. I am a Filipino Citizen beneficiary on a work permit in Canada. Before my medical exam, I have heard about the immunizations I need to get. is it enough to show a record or card of my immunizations when I was young? My mother will send it to me here in Canada. That way, I only need to get a flu shot or updated tetanus shot. Thank you in advance!
  2. Hi thank you so much! His income is now consistent since 2023. And by computing his salary of $16.59 per hour he is above the 125%. I just have another question about his tax return since he didn't work in 2022. Is it ok if he requests for it and it shows zero income in 2022? Thanks again.
  3. Permission to post admin. Thank you. We are still waiting for a case number but I want to make sure I am prepared and knowledgeable about the forms 😊 I have a question about the tax information for the past 3 years, since my fiance is young he has had part time jobs before and didn't last. In 2022 is when he's got a full time, quit it and did 3 other part time jobs. Until 2023 when he worked on his current job, now fulltime. He earns a minimum of $16 per hour. Works 8 hours or more in a day with 2 days off. He's an office admin there and it's a fulltime, papers are good too. I just want to know if this is sufficient? Or do we need a co-sponsor? We're both single and no kids, so it's only the two of us. But he only plans to get an apartment when Im there, since he's the only child helping his mom with the rent. Will there not be any issues with his tax for the past 3 years too considering his previous work both part time and fulltime. Thanks very much!

  5. Hi everyone! After 14 days of our approval, we did a public inquiry and we received this email. Should we wait further or email them our I-797 (NOA2)? Thanks!
  6. Got it. I am the beneficiary, I dont mind keeping digital copies and hard copies to be sure. Thank you so much!
  7. Hi! Thank you so much. Will do. does he need to re-verify anything since he is already a natural born American even her bother is American by birth too.
  8. Hi everyone! Thank you to this group, it has been helpful. We just received our NOA2 and I'm an international student here in Canada. 1. While waiting for the case number (I'll do a public inquiry after 14 days from receiving NOA2) what documents should I prepare? 2. In our I-129F form, I put the US consulate in Toronto as the nearest. Is the interview going to be here in Canada too or in my home country, Philippines? 3. should I try and get a police clearance here in canada since i am staying here for more than a year now? 4. should i keep the original copy of the NOA2 Letter, have my fiance mail it to me? Do they need this for the interview just in case? Thanks again!
  9. Hi! Is it ok if my fiancé wrote using a gel pen at the back of my 2x2 photo? He wrote lightly but because of the type of photo paper on the picture, he used a black gel pen instead. But it didn't smudge or cause any distortion on the picture.

  11. Thank you 😊 and congrats! That's what I did, I mailed the copy with my wet signature. It isn't bad since I'm Pinoy but currently residing in Canada so my fiancé will receive it faster in the US.
  12. Thank you. It's just that we're away from each other so I'll just do number 1. I'll print and sign it and then scan that copy to send to his email.
  13. Hi everyone! i just want to ask what you did for the beneficiary's letter of intent to marry? is it possible to do any of these? 1. The beneficiary will print and sign the form with black ink, then scan and send the copy to petitioner's email 2. Can she scan her wet signature and insert it on a word document/pdf so that the petitioner will just print it out 3. Mail and send her signed letter of intent to petitioner in the US? thank you in advance
  14. Thank you so much 😊
  15. Thank you so much 😊 appreciate your response. We're almost done and about to mail it. This group has been so helpful
