  1. Hello, I have a question regarding a job change after filing DS160 and booking an interview date for a K1 visa at the US consulate if you have to submit a new DS160 form? Or can you inform them during the interview?
  2. Hello, I got a question if beneficiary can beneficiary change job position and have a temporary job before he leaves to US or before the interview after filing DS-160 or will that require beneficiary to submit a new DS-160 after already booking an interview?
  3. Hello, Regarding medical exam. Is it okay to have a medical exam a month before the interview? Or is it preferred to have it as close as possible to the interview? For example, won't it affect the process when I file for AOS? I heard that many people had to redo the medical examination.
  4. Does anyone know where can I find the priority date? I heard it is in the NOA1 when USCIS received the application. Is it correct? Case ID is the case number from the NVC, right?
  5. Hello, When you schedule the interview, what is the case ID and the priority date? Is case ID the number on NOA1,2 from USCIS or case number from NVC?
  6. Thank you for the help. I thought like something was wrong with my application. Also regarding this question: DS-160 Part Additional Work/Education/Training Information Q: Have you resided in any country/region for six months or longer since you attained 16 years of age? Do you have to write your national country where you were born as well?
  7. Also, do you translate the address from your national language to English? Like g. (in national language) to st. (street in English).
  8. Regarding previous work experience in the last five years. I don't know if anyone encountered this problem but I can only add 2 job positions and it doesn't let me add more. Did anyone else have the same issue?
  9. Thank you for your answer. I also wanted to double-check a few questions because I read other forums in Visajourney but everyone gave different answers for it. For the question do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the US, shall I put my fiancee as my relative? (Yes, I know it says on the right-hand side that "fiance", but some people in this forum said it should be "no", which is a bit confusing what is the right answer for this). For the question about the person/entity paying for your trip, shall I put SELF or US Petitioner on a K1 visa? (Since the petitioner files the I134 form and sponsors beneficiary, should it be the US petitioner then?) For the question have you attended any educational institutions at the secondary level or above? Do you list all your previous education you attended in descending order? Or only the most recent one where you graduated? (Again this question got answered differently by many people)
  10. Question regarding ds160. I read that there is a 30 day time limit to file DS160. Basically the DS160 has to be submitted in 30 days after the application. Can someone confirm this? Because in the top right corner it says that it expires today even though I started last week?
  11. Regarding vaccinations. I read that I should get a copy of the DS3025 document with all my vaccinations after the medical exam. So I should ask the physician during a medical exam for a copy? Did you have to get the Pneumococcal vaccine?
  12. Also, there is a question in DS-160 question about how the tickets to the US will be obtained if it is by myself, sponsored by my fiance and etc. So if the petitioner sponsors you since we file I-134, shouldn't it be the sponsor (petitioner) or it doesn't matter you can mark "SELF". Do you need to provide some sort of documentation regarding this question in DS-160 for the interview?
  13. Just to clarify, do you require the petitioner's birth certificate, ID photocopies, or police certificate for the K-1 interview, or are all the documents mentioned in the information sheet from the U.S. consulate meant for the foreign fiancé (beneficiary)?
  14. If someone was curious. This document is okay for the US consulate. I have a question about vaccinations. I know that it is preferred to do all vaccinations before leaving to USA with a K1 visa. Do you have to do the vaccinations before the interview or is it okay to go to a medical exam and get to know which vaccines you have to do first and then do all of them before the interview or is it better to do it before the medical exam? Because I learned that if you do not have all the vaccinations when you leave for the USA then you will have to do another medical exam when you file for the AOS and have all vaccinations.
  15. Hello, I have a question regarding the DS-160 online form. The form has a question regarding the "intended day of arrival". Is it okay if I put any date I assume it will be the date when I will fly to USA and is it okay that I arrive earlier or later than the date specified in the form? Thank you
  16. I have seen this before. Everything fits the description it is "Führungszeugnis" and same orginization who issued it but it is "Europäisches Führungszeugnis" basically from what I read it is other EU countries citizens which applies to me and I was there staying for a while. Contents are not different from a regular one.
  17. I have a question for people who had to get german police certificate "Fuehrungszeugnis". I just received a german police certificate of good conduct but I received a European certificate of good conduct "Europäisches Fuehrungszeugnis from Germany instead of a regular one. No I'm not german national. Will this be an issue? I checked on the internet it shows the same information like a regular one.
  18. Do I need to have an original document of I-134 with a signature from my fiance in the US to bring to the interview? Or is a copy okay? Also, supportive documentation of I-134 (bank statements, Tax returns, etc.) are copies okay?
  19. Do you need to notarize the translated police certificate? Also if the translation was done digitally is it okay to print it as a copy? Or do you need to get a paper version original translation?
  20. Thank you for your answer. Right now, we are filing an I-134 document, so my income is 10k~ above the poverty line. For example, if a person changes jobs and new has a proper income that exceeds the guideline. I feel it would make sense if the most recent one (last year) should make sense. But like you mentioned, you may be right.
  21. I got few more questions> On boundless.com and I134 instructions form it says to also have bank statements, with deposit and current balance. Is it really required? Or tax returns or W2 is enough together with the statement from the employer if your income is enough and is above the poverty line. Also, is 3 years of tax returns necessary? It says most recent, so shouldn't it be the last year's tax returns? Especially if you changed jobs and now this current job only shows a proper income that meets the requirements.
  22. I heard it has to be the I-129F with an approved stamp from USCIS, no? I have never received it neither from NVC USCIS or the embassy yet. Or can it be an I-129f copy with our signatures? Also USCIS I-129F form changed after April, so we should bring a copy of old version of the I-129f petition, right?
  23. Does it really matter if the photo is older than 6 months? I took photos when we filed for a K1 visa with the I-129f application to USCIS. It already has been around 6-7 months or are they that strict about it?
