Okay, thank you so much for the help! I really apppreciate your help and time to answer these questions! Thank you!!! So regarding marriage date, it is the date judge signed the marriage license in the probate court not when marriage happened with wedding officiant, right? Regarding employment and educational history part. It ask "Employer or school (the most recent one)" and then the name of the employer. So if I understood correctly they ask me to write if it was employer or school first and then in another spot write the name of it. Instead of writing the name two times right? When you say current income, you mean I should calculate the yearly income from the most recent monthly income instead of using the income which is listed in the tax return transcript, w2 or letter of employment, right?

Thank you for the all answers, I appreciate the effort and help. I read on the VisaJourney forum that some people received their SSN as soon as they arrived, even before filing the I-485. Is that correct, or do you get a new SSN only after your EAD is approved? The physician from the K1 medical exam told me that the X-rays would need to be submitted somewhere, which has left me a bit confused. I thought they had to be sent along with the I-485 form. I read that other people needed to undergo an additional medical exam in the U.S. to complete the I-693 form because either the file provided by the consulate was lost when it was handed to the border officer upon arrival or it was filled out incorrectly. Does the file I received from the consulate already contain the X-ray images?

Hello, I have read Visajourney forums regarding AOS. However, I need some confirmation regarding certain questions. If the marriage certificate has both our old names, is it okay, or should it have a new maiden name on it? Should I write a new maiden name in all forms: I485, I864, I765? I want to have my wife's surname next to mine as well since she is American and it is common to have two surnames. Should I also update the name I want to have on all of these documents as well? Because I read there will be some issues with SSC. Some people suggested in the forum that you can change your name during N-400. Regarding form I-485, Part 1 item 25 a) Should you write K1 Fiance, or how exactly should you write it? Regarding form I-485, Part 2 item 3 Receipt number of the underlying petition? Is it from the NOA1 or NOA2 from K1? Or is it the case number assigned by the NVC? Should you add a completed Ds3025+(CD and flash drive with X-rays) from the K1 medical exam to the I-485 form? Regarding form I-765, I-485, I-864 mailing address. Is it okay to write the same address as my wife since we have lived together since I arrived in the US with a K1 visa? Or do you still write an old address in Lithuania? Regarding form I-765 Part 2 Item 23 Place of your last arrival into the United States. Do you write the city and the state and the airport? Regarding form I-765 Part 2 Item 24 Immigration status at your last arrival. Since I arrived with K-1 visa, I wrote "K-1 Fiance" or should I phrase it differently? Regarding form I-765 Part 2 Item 25 Your current immigration status. If I file for AOS and marry within 90 days after I arrive, do you still write K-1 fiance? Or if you file AOS 90 days later, what do you write then? Regarding form I-765 Part 2 Item 27 Eligibility category. I wrote (c)(9) like in the image I attached to this post. If that is okay, the way I wrote it. Should Is it okay to send evidence of living together, such as a bill with both our names on it, or does it have to be a lease agreement or a driving license? What would it be better? Should I also list a new telephone number I got in the US or the old one I used for K1 visa?

Thank you for the help. I thought like something was wrong with my application. Also regarding this question: DS-160 Part Additional Work/Education/Training Information Q: Have you resided in any country/region for six months or longer since you attained 16 years of age? Do you have to write your national country where you were born as well?

Thank you for your answer. I also wanted to double-check a few questions because I read other forums in Visajourney but everyone gave different answers for it. For the question do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in the US, shall I put my fiancee as my relative? (Yes, I know it says on the right-hand side that "fiance", but some people in this forum said it should be "no", which is a bit confusing what is the right answer for this). For the question about the person/entity paying for your trip, shall I put SELF or US Petitioner on a K1 visa? (Since the petitioner files the I134 form and sponsors beneficiary, should it be the US petitioner then?) For the question have you attended any educational institutions at the secondary level or above? Do you list all your previous education you attended in descending order? Or only the most recent one where you graduated? (Again this question got answered differently by many people)

Also, there is a question in DS-160 question about how the tickets to the US will be obtained if it is by myself, sponsored by my fiance and etc. So if the petitioner sponsors you since we file I-134, shouldn't it be the sponsor (petitioner) or it doesn't matter you can mark "SELF". Do you need to provide some sort of documentation regarding this question in DS-160 for the interview?

If someone was curious. This document is okay for the US consulate. I have a question about vaccinations. I know that it is preferred to do all vaccinations before leaving to USA with a K1 visa. Do you have to do the vaccinations before the interview or is it okay to go to a medical exam and get to know which vaccines you have to do first and then do all of them before the interview or is it better to do it before the medical exam? Because I learned that if you do not have all the vaccinations when you leave for the USA then you will have to do another medical exam when you file for the AOS and have all vaccinations.

I have seen this before. Everything fits the description it is "Führungszeugnis" and same orginization who issued it but it is "Europäisches Führungszeugnis" basically from what I read it is other EU countries citizens which applies to me and I was there staying for a while. Contents are not different from a regular one.

I have a question for people who had to get german police certificate "Fuehrungszeugnis". I just received a german police certificate of good conduct but I received a European certificate of good conduct "Europäisches Fuehrungszeugnis from Germany instead of a regular one. No I'm not german national. Will this be an issue? I checked on the internet it shows the same information like a regular one.
