    Just got our I-130 approved today after getting an RFE (our NOA1 was May 23, 2023). RFE was on June 12 and it took us quite a bit of time to jump through hoops with the birth certificate issuing authority to write us a letter stating that there was no history of a name change. Submitted our RFE response on July 3. Looking forward to the next steps!

    Mine was just approved today. I received the notice via email. Thank you to those that responded to me when my case timeline got all messed up on their site.

    JUST APPROVED!!! 🥲 PD of May 30th, 2023 (Potomac SC)! Got the "we have taken an action on your case email" today - our case status still says "case is being actively reviewed" but found the approval (from the Texas SC) in the documents tab!
