    @BaharPdx well as per cases registered on lawfully 75 percent of cases filed in may have interview and as per uscis avg processing time by end of july is 5.9 months . And you case is last updated on july 10th . This could mean that on july 10th someone looked at ur case but waiting for something . 1. Could be interview date at FO ( its 2 months now so that may not be ). 2. Aditional background checks deoending on something in case 3. Something some other officer have to clear: there are no concurrnt cases so no 751. Still not the 5.9 months ( lets remove 1 month for interview dates thats 5 months ) you could get interview date by end of sep . thats all i can say : all just educated guess

    Its last updated in july 10th . So might be waitung for interview date.

    Every file has to be acknowledged by cms central management system and the adjudicator the officer who looks at your file . Thats all nothing much if its false means u have issue -) usually eveehone will have it as true . Whats imp is update date . Thats when someone pulled and looked at your file .

    Lawfully app says it has 360 august n400 applicants only 14 received interviews not much of movement yet and 4 finished oath i guess those are some extrodinary cases

    I am not shure how that works and if that would delay the process like samedsy oath wont be avioable so i just filed in court here

    I applied for n400 and its in process in between i filed for name change in court to add middle name it will be done on sep 25th i wont get inteeview before that anyway . So how does this work i take the name change cerrificate to interview or upload as unsolicited evidence . Which is betteer and what are the consequences

    I belive first they have to finish background checks and application and documents verification . For vast majority its done in 2 to 4 weeks: then your for adjudicator revivew in line fifo ( hopefully ) so priority date night not be filing date rather the date initial checks are done ( i am guessing thats the first update date u will have on file other than bio)

    Call and take conformation number and date and new notice shoukd come . If you called and you never got rescheduled notice . Then you most probably not rescheduled . If that happens and you do not attend interview they can mark as abandoned . So whatever u do be careful
