  1. This usually means they are satisfied with your 221g response and they now want the passports for visa issuance.
  2. Jaycel's "Estimate" for decision on the My Progress tab for her EAD showed 6 months the day it was approved. LOL
  3. The redeeming factor here is that USCIS will re-send the NOA2 if you don't get it.
  4. Unfortunately for I-129Fs, the online account will only show the status and case history. You will not have a documents tab.
  5. Because I’m not filtering it by receipt block. I’m filtering it by month received.
  6. @wangaturtle I will make a suggestion that when you do start making requests on the public inquiry form for NVC, include a scan of your NOA2 in the attachment section and on your first inquiry, after you request your case number say something line, “Please also update the petitioner and beneficiary email addresses as follows:” and give both your email addresses to them. Sometimes when they input the case information from the I-128F, the email addresses get messed up. Jaycel and I did this on our first inquiry and after that we got every email from NVC and the Embassy sent to us without any trouble. Hope you have a quick time to being “In Transit”!
  7. It can take up to 4-6 weeks for the status to change to “Sent to Department of State”
  8. I don’t know for sure… maybe each lockbox location has receipt blocks assigned and they move on when they use up all of the ones they have?
  9. I-765 is $260 when filed concurrently with the I-485. The I-485 is $1,440 and the I-130 is $675
  10. Thank you for the correction! That makes sense... The total income is the total income for the return regardless and the sponsor's "current individual annual income" is their own. Appreciate you educating us on that!
  11. Today's stats: March 11, 2024 13:50 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 254 • Denied: 107 • FingerprintScheduled: 264 • InterviewCancelled: 40 • InterviewScheduled: 107 • Processing: 38,801 • Received: 806 • Rejected: 107 • RFE: 1,582 • Terminated: 106 • Withdrawal: 1 • Others: 90 Another 10 Interview Cancellations today
  12. The only thing you can do is keep trying.... I know it's a crappy answer but really it's the only thing you can do. We had to try every day for weeks on end to get Jaycel's appointment last summer
  13. That's only once every 48 minutes.... seems reasonable
  14. And remember that even if your e-Notify request is perfect, sometimes USCIS still doesn't send the notification. Big thing is to watch for the payment being processed
  15. Jaycel's EAD Application was approved 51 days after it was received (which was about 2 weeks after she went to the biometrics appointment) and received the card in the mail 10 days after the approval
  16. Where normally USCIS does not want W-2s or 1099s included if you are submitting a Tax Return Transcript, in this case since he would only want his income included for the I-864, he would include his W-2s/1099s along with the Tax Return Transcript and only report his income in the item on the form where it asks for the income from the tax year being reported. From the instructions for the I-864: If you provide a photocopy of your Federal individual income tax returns, you must include a copy of each and every Form W-2 and Form 1099 that relates to your returns. Do not include copies of these forms if you provide an IRS transcript of your Federal individual income tax returns rather than a photocopy unless you filed a joint income tax return with your spouse and are qualifying using only your income.
  17. And I do know the difference between the K-1 and IR-1/CR-1 paths.... what seems to be different is, a couple of years ago (based on all of the research I have been doing since filing for Jaycel's K-1) USCIS started issuing an A-Number on almost all benefit petition / application approval notices where the beneficiary/applicant did not have an A-Number assigned previously.
  18. She received an A number assignment in her I-130 approval notice... "On my USCIS I-130 Approval Notice there is a 9 digit number starting with 'A' on the top right corner next to beneficiary"
  19. Her First Name and Middle name as they appear on her passport should go in the "Given Names" section of the DS-160 and her Last Name as it appears on the passport should go in the "Family Name" section of the DS-160. This is how Jaycel filled hers out and was concerned and she asked about it when she went to the embassy for her interview and they told her that was the proper way to fill it out. if you don't have the appointment letter, bring just the K1-FTP letter. SLEC may or may not make her sign a waiver saying they are not responsible for delays in the interview scheduling process that may require her to get another medical exam if she can't get an interview before her medical exam expires. Regardless, she will be allowed to take the medical exam.
  20. This is incorrect - Jaycel was issued her A Number on my I-129F Approval notice right above her name in the beneficiary section and as the OP mentioned above she received her A Number on the I-130 Approval Notice in the beneficiary section.
  21. HAHAHA when I first went to the Philippines to meet Jaycel, her family threw me a big welcome party and I do believe the entire Barangay stopped by for some Lechon
  22. Did you verify with them that they have your correct mailing address? This will be important as you will need the NOA2 Approval Notice when your spouse files for AOS after getting here and you get married.
