    When I found the one for my fiancee (which was a cancelation I believe) i logged on and found it at about 9:13am Manila time

    We scheduled Jaycel's medical without having an interview appointment as a precaution like @widude said above. We just happened to catch a cancellation on the schedule for the week after her medical. Fortunately she passed. And also to widude's point, I was was checking the calendar on the ustraveldocs site at 9:13am Manila time when I grabbed that appointment.

    My fiancee and I got an email from the embassy about 10 days after CEAC said our case was ready. The email said that "You are now eligible to schedule an interview"... etc. But I also hear that not everyone gets one of those.

    I was able to grab one last week... It was for Aug. 13 and it was the only one available on the calendar so it was likely a cancellation. All I can say is keep trying, we checked every day and just lucked out on finding that one.

    My guess in this is their effort to get updated marital evidence so that they can adjudicate your I-751 before moving on to your N-400 since the I-751 was still pending when you filed. Just my semi-educated guess 🙂

    Exactly.... You don't want to be running around under the pressure of a 221g trying to get this information. Better to have it and not need it as the old saying goes

    Any supporting documentation she can have with her at the interview is a great idea. My fiancee has a "Late Registered" PSA birth certificate so she took the time to go back to her province to get her LCR certificate and her baptisimal certificate to have on hand at the interview as supporting docs. We read that most times the Visa Officer won't make a big deal out of it if it's not too long of a gap before her birth was registered but we wanted to take no chances and are bringing the supporting documentation just in case.

    I have personally not seen that... Nor have I heard of it in all of the research I had done about the website and its "glitches"

    My fiancee has not done hers yet but I was watching a bunch of videos from Filipinas that have done theirs in the last few months so we can be prepared for what to expect. When they demonstrated the booking process, the calendar looked pretty open... Less than a week wait. At the end of the GCP session when you are checking out, they give you a QR code to scan and it will email the completion certificate to you. Make sure you check it for accuracy in the information contained (spelling of names, destination country, etc.) and make sure there is no expiration date on it.

    Looks like our fiancees will be going to their interview on the same day! I was able to grab one on the website last night for Aug 13th as well 😁 Looks like it was a cancellation also as it was the only one available on the calendar.

    Thank you so much! My fiancee's NBI is brand new and it looks very clear. We were just able to schedule an interview today for Aug 13th 😁 Any tips you could give that I can pass on to her?

    Could I ask why the Consul asked you to re-submit the NBI clearance? We are trying to find an available interview slot now and I want to make sure my fiancee has what she needs to not have any issues.

    This happened to us last week... It said "Up to 72 Hours" but they unfroze it approximately 40 hours later. It does not reset your clock if you attempt to login to check if it's unfrozen. I was checking every six hours or so.

    DS-160 is the appropriate form for the K-1 Visa Application. It is technically a non-immigrant visa but they treat it as an immigrant visa for all intents an purposes. You did it right 😁

    If your income is enough, you should not have to provide any other financials/assets/bank account information. That is the guidance I got from an immigration lawyer. Hopefully she is a good lawyer 🙂
