My fiancee has not done hers yet but I was watching a bunch of videos from Filipinas that have done theirs in the last few months so we can be prepared for what to expect. When they demonstrated the booking process, the calendar looked pretty open... Less than a week wait. At the end of the GCP session when you are checking out, they give you a QR code to scan and it will email the completion certificate to you. Make sure you check it for accuracy in the information contained (spelling of names, destination country, etc.) and make sure there is no expiration date on it.

Looks like our fiancees will be going to their interview on the same day! I was able to grab one on the website last night for Aug 13th as well 😁 Looks like it was a cancellation also as it was the only one available on the calendar.

Thank you so much! My fiancee's NBI is brand new and it looks very clear. We were just able to schedule an interview today for Aug 13th 😁 Any tips you could give that I can pass on to her?

Could I ask why the Consul asked you to re-submit the NBI clearance? We are trying to find an available interview slot now and I want to make sure my fiancee has what she needs to not have any issues.

This happened to us last week... It said "Up to 72 Hours" but they unfroze it approximately 40 hours later. It does not reset your clock if you attempt to login to check if it's unfrozen. I was checking every six hours or so.

DS-160 is the appropriate form for the K-1 Visa Application. It is technically a non-immigrant visa but they treat it as an immigrant visa for all intents an purposes. You did it right 😁

If your income is enough, you should not have to provide any other financials/assets/bank account information. That is the guidance I got from an immigration lawyer. Hopefully she is a good lawyer 🙂 -

Here's a copy of the letter that my fiancee's sister wrote for us and we had no issues with our proof of relationship on our I-129F. (Names and addresses have been changed to protect the innocent) 😁

No... and with the Embassy canceling all appointments on July 24th because of heavy rain and flooding from the typhoon which they will now have to reschedule for everyone, I think it will be a while before we see any openings.

We had 265 days between NOA1 and NOA2 (NOA 1 filed 9/18/2023 - NOA2 Approval 6/11/2024). I we had an RFE in there but that was sent to us 5/20/2024 and I responded quickly and they received my response on June 1, 2024 and approval showed on the website on June 4th. I don't know if that was the reason for the long delay or not but that was a loooong wait.

Just don't go to that page more than 12 times in a 24 hr period (that starts at midnight EDT) or you will get locked out until it hits midnight again.

If you hit the continue button and click ok to the warning at the next page and have entered an MRV receipt number, then continue again, it will take you to a calendar page. If there are interview appointments available, it will show a calendar. If there are none available it will show a message that says "There are currently no appointments available".

Creating a new post here because I don't know how much visibility my question on the other thread will get. I have a ustraveldocs portal question... In the image below, will I see open interview dates here if there are any available or do I have to click on continue and open the calendar to see them?
