  1. You never submitted snapshots as part of the AOS or ROC? Bold.
  2. You appear to be in Dallas area so you would be covered by the Houston Consulate. This is what I could find on their website: https://houstonpcg.dfa.gov.ph/index.php/consular-services/passport-services
  3. Please keep in mind that you are definitely going to have to prove you two have a bona fide relationship at some point in the process. I will tell you that I HATE having my picture taken LOL but once Jaycel and I decided that we wanted to spend our lives together in the US which would necessitate us going through the immigration process, I swallowed my distaste for having my photo taken. I embraced the fact that until she becomes a citizen, we will continually have to prove our relationship is legit throughout the process and that part of that proof is going to be photos of us together. Get over it and start on your next visit together taking a few pictures each day and you will eventually have lots to choose from in the future. Just my two cents
  4. I believe he said his household size is 5 - They will go by the total income line. You will need a joint sponsor it seems unless you can submit solid proof of current income with an Employment Verification Letter and 6 months of pay slips that put you over the $45,725 minimum amount needed for household size of 5.
  5. Yes it is wrong.... That is an "Account Transcript". You need to provide the "Tax Return Transcript". Is that the only thing you submitted with the I-864? No proof that you are a citizen or LPR? No current employment evidence?
  6. What evidence did you submit with the original I-864 filing? Tell me everything you included with it.
  7. You can just copy/paste the body of the letter if that's easier
  8. What specifically did they request in your RFE? Can you post a screen grab of it with your personal information redacted? Hard to answer your question without knowing what they asked for.
  9. They look at the "Total Income" line
  10. This is great news!! Congratulations!! 🎉🎉
  11. Nice! Good luck and speedy approval to you guys!
  12. Well if they cashed your checks then it looks like you weren't that confused and got your application received 😁 Good luck and we wish you a speedy adjudication!!
  13. The second screenshot is from an I-485 progress tab... There is no "interview" for the actual I-130 petition approval. The interview for your petitioning of a relative process comes later at the consulate
  14. Enter as it appears on your most recent I-94 You would put "0" if you have none of these
  15. Woo Hoo!!!! 🎉🥳 That is fantastic news!!
  16. Here is the Immigrant Visa page for the Embassy in Lagos https://ng.usembassy.gov/immigrant-visas-processing-in-lagos/
  17. You said you did an email inquiry.... did you mean an actual email or did you do an inquiry with the Immigration Visa unit via their online inquiry form?
  18. You might want to follow this thread:
  19. @Spicy Chickenjoy Did your status change to "Ready" and if so, did the site accept your case number after that?
  20. That I don't know.... I would inquire at the Register of Deeds office. Something along the lines of "I'm a K-1 visa holder that is soon to marry my US Citizen husband. As I do not have my SSN yet, can I get an affidavit from your office in lieu of having an SSN so that we can get our marriage license?" Good point
  21. This is what I could find online: In Texas, you can apply for a marriage license without a Social Security number by signing an affidavit that states you are not eligible for one. You can obtain the affidavit from the Register of Deeds office.
  22. Colorado required the last 4 of Jaycel's SSN OR a notarized affidavit of why she didn't have one
  23. Not true... we got our case number from NVC weeks before the USCIS online status changed. The online tracker is notoriously unreliable, delayed, never updates, etc.
  24. It took us 6 weeks from NOA2 until we got the K1-FTP email from NVC. We waited about 3 weeks and made an inquiry on their online form and in that inquiry gave them our email addresses asking them to make sure they had the correct ones. They gave us our case number and we were able to check the status on the CEAC site. The day that the status changed to “In-Transit” we got the K1-FTP email from them
