  1. If you can look at your biometrics appointment letter, do you see the receipt numbers for both the I-485 & the I-765 listed?
  2. Supporting evidence for the beneficiary's address history is not required for the I-129F
  3. There is no upload option in CEAC for K-1 visa applicants. Unless the embassy in Thailand has a separate procedure for uploading documents prior to the interview, your fiancée will bring them to the biometrics appointment/interview.
  4. Today's stats: April 9, 2025 21:15 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 876 (+35) • Denied: 156 • FingerprintScheduled: 203 • InterviewCancelled: 114 • InterviewScheduled: 4,752 (+130) • Processing: 34,563 • Received: 689 • Rejected: 106 • RFE: 612 • Terminated: 116 • Withdrawal: 5 • Others: 72
  5. Read what the RFE says and give them what they ask for.... don't just "overload them with documents"
  6. So that the evidence (Paystubs) supports the number you put for this - Take the gross earnings from the paystubs you are going to submit for evidence and multiply that by the number of pay periods in the year. If the hourly rate and hours are a constant across those paystubs then yes your formula would be correct
  7. That means they have been scanned and entered into ELIS (Electronic Case Management System at USCIS) and you will be able to manage your case via the my.uscis.gov portal once you receive your online access code
  8. Today's stats: April 8, 2025 19:15 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 841 (+36) • Denied: 154 • FingerprintScheduled: 203 • InterviewCancelled: 111 • InterviewScheduled: 4,622 (+175) • Processing: 34,701 • Received: 690 • Rejected: 106 • RFE: 643 • Terminated: 116 • Withdrawal: 5 • Others: 72
  9. That pause only applies to certain immigrants: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or USCIS, recently directed officials to suspend processing of requests for legal permanent residency submitted by immigrants granted refugee or asylum status, according to the sources, who requested anonymity to discuss an action that has not been publicly reported. Jaycel's application was received 11 days before her lawful presence ended
  10. Go here https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ Select N-400 and the Ft. Myers, FL office
  11. They email you a link where you can download the official report
  12. It gets sent electronically to the FBI. I had my results back in like 2-3 hours.
  13. No problem... once you register that at the USPS link, you can go to any USPS office that offers the fingerprinting service. Bring a printout of that confirmation email from the FBI with the order number on it with you when you go.
  14. When Jaycel went to her CFO in Cebu, they only needed her passport and her Philippine Driver License. I don't know how strict Manila is. I believe @maryaaaa did her CFO in Manila, maybe she could comment.
  15. Notify the Customs & Border Protection Officer that does your inspection at your Port of Entry when you enter the US with the visa what the new address is. This will not be a problem
  16. Current income is king which is proved through paystubs, employment verification letter. That is the number you put for Part 6. Item 7. "My current individual annual income is:". The line item you input for Part 6. Items 16.a. -16.c. is the "Total Income" line from the Tax Return Transcript. Your current income and most recent tax year's "Total Income" will be evaluated to determine eligibility.
  17. When you registered with the FBI and paid the $18 fee, there should have been an option to register your request with the post office. If you didn't do this, go to https://ips.usps.com/IdentityCapture/ and register with your EDO receipt number you got from the FBI
  18. Today's stats: April 7, 2025 21:05 MDT November 2024 Filed I-485 Stats • Approved: 805 (+36) • Denied: 151 • FingerprintScheduled: 207 • InterviewCancelled: 109 • InterviewScheduled: 4,447 (+115) • Processing: 34,884 • Received: 690 • Rejected: 106 • RFE: 672 • Terminated: 116 • Withdrawal: 5 • Others: 72
  19. This would be a huge problem if it were the case. Especially now as USCIS, under their extreme vetting policy, are looking at the intent and declarations of AOS applicants when they arrived on nonimmigrant visas or ESTA programs.
