We FINALLY got our IL today after being skipped in the last batch! DQ July 2nd Interview Dec 2nd

I have contacted NVC. Not sure if I can contact a local rep because I'm in the UK with my husband (I'm the USC). I'm SO SAD though... and SO STRESSED! I saw a woman on Facebook put she got her letter on Wednesday as well, but she had been DQ'd in MARCH! ...I'm so discouraged. We have done everything right, but somehow are the only unlucky ones that might have to wait months and months for an interview.

Hey!!! Noooo 😭😭😭 I just saw that someone that also got DQd on July 1st got their letter. But not me. When is your appointment?! And congrats!!! Surely I’m next in line…? 😭

Any IL sent this week? DQd July 1st and getting so discouraged by this whole process. It’s been almost a year and a half since we submitted our I-130. This is insane 😭

Thanks so much for your reply! That makes me feel better. I did tell them my best guess at the moment would be mid November. Fingers crossed we get our interview letters soon! Let me know when you get yours, I'll do the same!

When I check my status on CEAC (state.gov) it still says at NVC. Does that mean they still haven't sent it to the embassy and I'm not in the queue for an interview? I'm overthinking this - my UK job might be able to transfer me to the US but I need to give them a timeline of when the move will happen and I have no idea. We were DQ'd on July 1st. I'd go on my own (I'm the US citizen) but we have two babies so it's complicated.

Hi all! We just got DQ'd but want to make sure we have everything we need to proceed quickly once we get our IL. I have seen conflicting information in other forums regarding the Covid booster. Does my husband need to have a booster before his medical? He has the 2 original Covid vaccines plus 1 booster (from like early 2022). I read some people saying they needed a booster within the last 12 months, and others say it wasn't necessary. I just want to know so we can shop around and maybe get it cheaper when we go back to the US next month for a wedding. Thanks all!

Hi everyone! New here and just sent more evidence to NVC so HOPEFULLY should be getting DQ'd this week. I'm getting discouraged from reading this forum... I thought London was one of the quicker embassies for interviews. If we do get DQ'd this week or next, when should we be getting our interview letter? We both live in England, I'm the USC, and I'm DESPERATE to get home
