    Birth Certification + Translation is not needed to file the i-129f. I swear, this forum is full of all this additional non-sense.

    Thank you both. I have all the documents, service and everything. Should I explain the TPO and additionally point out the lack of crime? What's the best practice here

    Looking to go through the K1 process and I'm curious what my best path forward is for: Have you ever been subject to a temporary or perm restraining order: yes/no It was civil and eventually dismissed; I was never found guilty or anything like that. I have the paperwork. I have and understand that selecting Yes is correct here, but my question is should I include any of the documentation?
