  1. Obvious scam
  2. The instructions PDF that comes with the petition is also something to consider reading.
  3. The i-129f is a petition to the US government in a process the USA government created. I don't think its wrong for a sovereign country to have their own rules, laws and procedures.
  4. Yeah, you can pay online for the MNL consulate. Be warned, you're likely not to see any appointment when you do get to that stage. We used a Facebook Messager Group to help team up with others to alert for the spot.
  5. usvisascheduling.com is the correct website despite what others are saying wrongly.
  6. I added geolocation data to the photos we took in Google Photos. Then, I took screenshots of the photos with all the details expanded, showing information like the people in the photos, the location, the time, and etc.
  7. Also, there's an instructions pdf ( https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-129finstr.pdf ) If you do plan on using AI, make sure you have a solid prompt and give it trusted sources to use. Also, make sure to mitigate AI Hallucinations and review its work.
  8. Sorry you had to deal with that. I see that happen all over from TikTok and YouTube. Usually in the form of how much additional evidence or some pretty trapper keeper. Plenty of that leaks over here too. Usually with good intent.

  10. It's important to be honest and thorough when providing your address history. Background checks will pull a list of known addresses from various sources, so any omissions or discrepancies could raise red flags. The idea of relying on "most time spent" or "tax resident" is not how USCIS defines residence and could lead to issues. According to USCIS guidelines, “residence” refers to your principal, actual dwelling place in fact, without regard to intent. The duration of your residence in a particular location is measured from the moment you first establish it as your actual dwelling place. So, if you divided your time between multiple addresses, you need to list them all with their respective start and end dates. This ensures your application is accurate and aligns with USCIS requirements. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-129finstr.pdf https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-12-part-d-chapter-6

On casestatusext.com you can see which cases are being worked on. They are not longer worked on in order. Someone who submitted their request this month has already been approved while others are waiting in line. It is disheartening. The person working my case number stack is much slower than the person working the next numbered stacks and the previous ones. I don't think the estimations are accurate any longer. They are processing in a way that makes it unpredictable.
