  1. Hi! I am a dual US and Spanish citizen. On my US passport I just have one surname, but my Spanish passport I have two names. I live in Spain, and will be submitting an I-130 for a marriage green card for my spouse. Most of my documents and evidence (e.g. marriage certificate) include both of my surnames. My question is: when filling in the I-130 and other forms, do I just use my single surname as on my US passport? Will it be OK if my supporting evidence includes my second surname as well? Thanks for any help :)
