Hi then how can it take this long?

Hello All, How is everyone doing today? I hope all is well. I just wanted to know if anyone has had this experience as I am having. So I sent my I-129F to a P.O Box in Dallas, Texas on June 14th 2024 at 10:32AM it has reached Dallas Texas but it says this: "Delivery Attempt" Reminder to pick up your item before June 19, 2024 or it will be returned on June 20th 2024, Please pick up the item at the Dallas, TX 75266 Post Office" < - - - so it's been a week, does it really take that long for a mail to be picked up? These are very important documents that must be processed asap and it seems like it's not happening as of yet. I did contact USCIS online asking them that is it normal it's taking this long the answer I got was yes, however, I do remember when I submitted before I-130 Forms the mail was picked up within a week. I sent this through USPS priority mail. If by coming Monday it does not happen, what are my next steps? Please advise. Thanks.
