  1. Hey apologies for the slow response, We found one of my fiancée's friends was still living in Jordan and was able to access the website. The website appears to be configured in such a way that their firewall drops any traffic outside of the country. I tried many different vpn tools and was even able to find proton vpn which allowed me to use a Jordan server which still didn't allow me on the ncrc website. We did reach out to the Jordan Consulate in Manila using the email address found on their Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100066525889978 They sent us back a PDF document for the requirements for a Jordan Police Clearance Certificate that takes 2-3 months time. We got ours back in 2.5 months and had my fiancée go to the Jordan Consulate in Manila to pick up an authenticated version of the certificate that was accepted by the US Embassy in Manila during her interview. The fees to get it this way were $55 performing a wire transfer (your bank may have additional charges for performing a wire transfer on top of the $55 you must send MUFG) from my US bank to their MUFG Bank as per the details in the pdf they will send you. The consulate also requested 2000 php for the authenticated certificate during the pickup. I highly suggest reaching out to the gmail address for the Jordan Consulate in Manila from the Facebook link. They were able to get us the Jordan Clearance in the nick of time before my fiancée's interview. I have been checking the ncrc moj gov jo website for months since June 2024 and have only been able to access it July 3rd and July 4th.
  2. Thank you for your response! I will update once we have the interview at the embassy come mid September.
  3. We sent everything the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Embassy in Japan requested and emailed them but they never responded to us. It has only been a little over a month since the information arrived to them so they could just be waiting on Jordan to send them the documents back so they can physically mail everything to us. The website https://ncrc.moj.gov.jo did work for us July 3rd and July 4th only, and has since become inaccessible again. We emailed the National Contact Center for the Ministry of Justice in Jordan and they advised they have the certificate ready for us to download but we must download it through the website and they aren't willing to email it even though we emailed them the receipt for proof of payment amongst other evidence. We are looking for anyone who has friends or a fiancée in Jordan waiting to migrate that knows how to look up a certificate at the following link: https://ncrc.moj.gov.jo/Forms/Request/RequestInquiry.aspx Put in details we are willing to provide via private message download the pdf file of the certificate and email the certificate back to us! It seems the https://ncrc.moj.gov.jo website is now only accessible to those who reside within Jordan, one of my fiancée's colleagues that live there was able to access the website but doesn't know how to download the pdf and email it to us so I am hoping someone in this forum might know someone! We got an initial certificate through the website but they put her father's and grandfather's name in the middle of her first and last name which we believe will make it unacceptable to the US Embassy in Manila. I paid for the 2nd certificate to be made but it wasn't ready until the website was unable to be accessed outside of Jordan.
  4. Just as an update for anyone who may be waiting for a Jordan Clearance here are my findings. The website I referenced before is back up and running. https://ncrc.moj.gov.jo/default.aspx I called the Jordan Consulate / Embassy in the USA and they advised it was likely down due to a Jordanian holiday. Thankfully this option was cheapest for us at $10 and was the referenced method from: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Jordan.html I did reach out to some members from other threads on this forum that had mentioned Jordan Police Clearance and everyone had replied in a very helpful manner. Before the website started working we did follow the steps from the Jordan Consulate in Manila and send an application packet and bank fee of $55 to the Jordan Embassy in Japan as some other members mentioned they had done this as well. I tried emailing the support team from: https://www.policeclearancecertificates.com/jordan-pcc/ But my email didn't go through. Looking at the cost of other clearances from that site they are on average $800 each with some in the $1000 mark. I can't in good faith recommend that option. All I can say from our experience is don't give up hope and be patient. We hope this information helps other members of this forum and wish you the best of luck with your visa journey!
  5. Thank you for taking the time to reply. I did find that website and tried to hit apply now. Oddly even though they state Jordan PCC is available when I go to apply and select Philippines the "select country you need PCC from" doesn't have Jordan as an option. I will send them an email and see about this, also I will definitely see it there ate other options for individuals that offer these services like you said! The searches I have done in regards to Jordan clearance mentioned back in 2012 the clearance was unobtainable for individuals not residing in Jordan but the ncrc website went live 2018 and has since been changed to a requirement that is now inaccessible for whatever reason. On another post an individual stated they used the Tokyo Jordan Embassy that I previously mentioned but that was many years ago, hopefully they are still an active user and I can reach out to them about it! Sorry to hear you are in a similar situation and I will hope for the both of us our PCC issues will be resolved!
  6. Hello, We were recently approved by the USCIS and our case is heading towards the NVC. My fiancée is from the Philippines and she resided in Amman Jordan for two years some time back. We have been trying to figure out how to obtain a Police Clearance Certificate or Certificate of Non Criminal Record. We have followed the advice from: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country/Jordan.html Which states to use the following website: https://ncrc.moj.gov.jo/default.aspx The website is always erroring out for "took too long to respond". I have tried VPN services, other Wifi networks, cellular data all without success. I am really concerned that without this clearance or short of flying back to Jordan and going to the Ministry in person to request it that we are going to have a difficult time getting the final approval during the interview stage. We did contact the Jordan Consulate in Manila and they advised "our embassy in Tokyo, Japan will be the one to facilitate our application and email tokyo@fm.gov.jo". They note the clearance request will take two to three months, however when emailing them if there is a reference number we must quote during the bank transfer so they know the money submitted is for her clearance request they have not responded. I don't want to risk sending the money if they will not be able to confirm that the payment I make from the USA will be for her application. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you for taking the time to read this wall of text and trying to help settle our nerves!
