Of course I won’t. That’s why I contacted an immigration lawyer and was advised to notify the USCIS of the threats through abuse waiver as I clearly fall under the “extreme cruelty” law.
 
I was told by the lawyer that filing for N400 while the case is pending might expedite the process.
