  1. Yes, I understand that, however, at least I would have a Receipt Number with which I would be able to at least know that things are in motion and I can check status online. I will wait another month and see what happens.
  2. According to USCIS it should take about 30 days to receive the status letter after they receive the I-130 petition. I filed June 26, and they received it a few days later and cashed the check. I cannot file an eRequest for info or status because I don't have a receipt number, which they want, in order to submit an eRequest about a non receipt of status letter (which is completely baffling.) eRequest from: https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do;jsessionid=F8F2939F7675B3243E2A5FCFCE38E80A?sroPageType=ndn&entryPoint=init How would I inquire about the letter so I know the status of the case? I'd like to know if at least everything I sent was correct, and don't want it to expire in case I missed something. Any ideas? Thanks!
  3. I'm filling out I-130 online, and I've uploaded some docs requested, but I think I need to upload more docs which are listed under Form Review, but there's no request for that during normal filing steps. For example, petitioner Birth certificate, passport page copy, divorce cert. There's no specific page that requests that in the course of filing, but the Form Review lists those as evidence wanted. Just seeing if anyone else came across this, and what did you do? I don't want to submit the form and then have a delay when they request more evidence docs.
